1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bbb8 ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the bbb8 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bbb8 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain a bbb8 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bbb8 enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, or individuals acting as agents for third parties are not permitted to hold a bbb8 account.
• You must not be an existing bbb8 account holder. Each person is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate registrations will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bbb8 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and keep it updated at all times. bbb8 is not responsible for consequences arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the player.

bbb8 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, and during routine compliance reviews. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration and Management

Registration on bbb8 is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. bbb8 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bbb8 is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its KYC compliance obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your current residential address (issued within the last 90 days)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number
• Any additional documentation that bbb8 reasonably requires to satisfy its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your bbb8 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bbb8 recommends that you use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service, and that you log out of the platform at the end of every session, particularly on shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bbb8 immediately at [email protected]. bbb8 will investigate the matter promptly. Until you notify bbb8 of any suspected unauthorised access, you remain responsible for all activity conducted via your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bbb8 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bbb8 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, over which bbb8 has no control.

Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned. Accepted deposit methods include:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your card issuer)
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (processing times may vary)

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active wagering requirement remaining on bonus funds. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. Please refer to the current cashier page for the exact minimum, as this figure is subject to periodic revision.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment verification. bbb8 may request additional documentation before releasing funds, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity has been noted.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2 to 5 business days depending on the receiving institution.

bbb8 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of a security, fraud, or compliance investigation. In the event that fraudulent activity is confirmed, the relevant funds may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bbb8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to a player's account only after the qualifying deposit has been confirmed. Deposit bonuses are not available on transactions made via certain payment methods; eligibility is stated in each individual promotion's specific terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. bbb8 reserves the right to modify rollover requirements for active promotions with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the stated wagering requirement conditions. A player may not transfer bonus funds to another player's account under any circumstances.
• bbb8 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured. Players who are found to have exploited or abused promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method of artificial bonus extraction — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through the creation of additional accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire after a specified period stated in the promotion's individual terms. Winnings generated from free spins may themselves be subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6 Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

bbb8 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension of your account, the forfeiture of any funds held within it, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, navigate the platform, or extract data
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated betting schemes
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform malfunctions to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be void. You are required to report any technical fault to bbb8 support immediately upon discovery.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime. bbb8 cooperates fully with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or interfering with the accounts, data, or gameplay of other users in any manner
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or bypassing a self-exclusion period that remains in effect

bbb8 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts regular manual reviews of account activity. If your account is flagged for review, bbb8 may temporarily restrict your ability to deposit, withdraw, or play while the review is in progress. bbb8 will endeavour to complete reviews promptly and will communicate the outcome to you by email.

7 Responsible Gaming

bbb8 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We believe that gambling, when conducted responsibly by adults who can afford to lose, is a legitimate form of entertainment. We are equally committed to preventing gambling harm and to supporting any player who feels that their gambling has become problematic.

The following responsible gaming tools are available within every bbb8 account. Players are encouraged to use them proactively rather than waiting until a problem has developed:

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbb8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of the platform — is the property of bbb8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the bbb8 platform without the prior written consent of bbb8. Any unauthorised use of bbb8's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbb8 excludes all liability for any losses or damages of any nature arising from or in connection with your use of the platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, bbb8 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of wagering on the platform, including losses arising from bets placed on the basis of inaccurate information, technical errors, or market suspensions
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services due to technical maintenance, infrastructure failure, force majeure events, or any cause beyond bbb8's reasonable control
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even where bbb8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages

10 Account Suspension and Termination

bbb8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other policy published on the bbb8 platform
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including registration, KYC verification, or when responding to a support inquiry
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 of these Terms
• At the request of the player, including in connection with a voluntary self-exclusion request submitted in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Funds that cannot be returned due to unresolved identity verification will be held for a period of 180 days, after which they may be forfeited if the player has not made contact to resolve the verification issue.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bbb8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bbb8 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

bbb8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the platform's services (for example, sharing data with payment processors to facilitate transactions). All data handling practices are described in full in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bbb8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bbb8 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Non-material changes (for example, corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without notification.

Your continued use of the bbb8 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version of the Terms.
